Just this year I started setting my alarm for 5:45 so I can write in my journal every morning before getting out there into the world. It’s been awesome and has really helped me get anything I’m currently focusing on unnecessarily figured out and put away so I can start the day in a lighter frame of mind and with intention. It reminds me how much positivity I have in my life. Thanks for sharing your routine!
