I think waking up intentionally at 6am really changes a morning. Before I had my daughter, I was a 10am riser (I know, whole day gone right?) but I also was out until 2am. I’ve been grappling with setting an alarm and waking up at 6am lately- before my daughter or husband is up… just to have time for myself. Thank you for sharing your morning routine 🙂 Very inspirational.
