The passing of an Icon

The amazing Louise Hay passed away in her sleep today at the age of 90. She was a catalyst for my realisation that our thoughts create our reality, and her book You Can Heal Your Life, came to me at a very dark point in my life.

While a part of me is sad to have never had the chance to meet her, I am forever grateful for her life’s work. She is the mother of self help and her work has changed the trajectory of life for hundreds of thousands of lives around the world.

Rest in peace Louise, I’m sure you will.
