I’m Farnaz Afshar, a student in the classroom of life, eagerly learning how to create my own reality. For many years now my life has been a experiment, i like to take teachings from a wide range of thought leaders and put them to the test in my own life. Then i share what worked well for me and what didn’t. I hope i’m not alone in this, and would love to hear about your experiences.
I have compiled these thoughts and learnings in my book ‘The Alchemy of Healing’, which will be available very soon. While this book is focused primarily on how i’ve been able to heal my body using the Law of Attraction (LOA), it is relevant to anyone wanting to learn more about the LOA.
The more we share our learnings (and life lessons), the more human consciousness expands. Our collective future is extremely exciting!

Farnaz I have just completed your wonderful book which I had borrowed from the library. I have just passed it on to my wife to share this great inspiration. Our Source is so powerful that it will never fail to connect us. We live in Perth. Perhaps one day we will meet each other. With love. Jaswinder.
View CommentHello Jaswinder, it’s great to hear from you!

Beautiful Farnaz Joon !
View CommentI found Louise Hay extremely insightful but the Laws of Attraction by Abraham, SO hokey! I bought the cd’s 5,6 years ago and I found the whole thing so annoying that I couldn’t listen passed the 1st cd…
View CommentThanks Banafsheh,
Not everything works for everyone, we each need to find the path that is right for us.
View CommentHello Farnaz, Ive just discovered your book while I am dealing with my own acne/skin issues. I am 40 years old and before 3 years ago had NEVER had any issues before. Ive desperately been trying to find the underlying cause of it. They seem to help at first, but then I get “that look” , that tells me that they don’t know what else to do.Ive been thru so many dermatologist I think Ive tried almost all of them in the state of Georgia. Something’s got to give! It’s affected my self esteem where I don’t even want to go out in public anymore ( and I have a job where I work with the public). I do believe that there are no coincidences in life and that’s why I found your book after searching for yet another skin ailment cure. I hope that you can give me insight into your healing as well as my own. I want to re-join society. I’m tired of shunning people because of my skin.
View CommentHello Sharice, nice to meet you!
View CommentIm so glad you know nothing is a coincidence, i expect that this book will open up your world to more than just physical healing. Others who have read it and continued their learnings by practicing self love have found success in health, wealth and relationships.
I would love to hear your feedback about my book, do keep in touch π
Where do I find help with these symptoms
View CommentIf you have migraines, neck aches, terrible contact dermatitis, chronic asthma, and low energy/depression, what do you do? I think positively- look at my “manifestations” and try to figure them out. But for example, with migraines, what exactly do you DO to get rid of the root cause. What does it look like?
View CommentHello R,
You can’t look at the problem in order to find a solution. The energy of the problem is very different to the energy of the solution, so looking at your health issues will probably just cause more health issues. Have you noticed this yet?
Thinking positively about a problem doesn’t work in my experience, as it’s a bit like we are fooling ourselves, when deep inside we have the negative feelings associated with the illness.
The way i healed all my health issues was by letting go of a lot of struggle i had, and i instead turned my focus to following my passions, and whatever felt good at the time.
I have outlined it in detail in my book The Alchemy of Healing. It’s not something i can explain in one comment to you. But to summarise, your emotional state needs to improve, before your physical state can improve. So you need to find ways of uplifting yourself, and feeling good more, and slowly your body will heal and repair. “Positive thinking” is not the solution, but i know many people think it is! You should read my other articles on self healing as well, as i describe how to start the process.
Love,

Depends on how you define “Postivie Thinking”!! The reason a whole book was written on it is because most people need an instruction manual to attempt it in a way that will bring the much vaunted results! Love your comments, Farnaz! xoxo
View CommentI have read enough to convince to read the book. Just what I was looking for. I was thinking about how I am so tired of talking to folks in the alternative health care profession (I don’t bother with medical) who do understand the connection between mind/body/spirit but focus so much on the right things to eat and the right supplements to take and the right exercise program and what can go wrong if you don’t. I just want to hear what can go right and to hear from someone that understands the teachings of Abraham and folks like Louise Hay. Your book sounds like a good fit. I look forward to reading it. Thank you Farnaz!
View CommentMary Beth, you sound like a breath of fresh air! It’s so good to see people take their power back π

View CommentI just finished reading your book – wow – it really touched and lightened my heart. I had a mild heart attack last year, and it left me unable to do the smallest things. Absolutely debilitating. I lost hope, but I kept the faith and slowly all the right books and videos have made their way to me. Your book just added the last finishing touches to my healing journey. I really have hope now that I will heal and get off all of these drugs eventually. Thank you so much – your book is appreciated by this heart.
View CommentThea, that is wonderful news! Thank you for sharing your story and I’m looking forward to hearing more good news from you in the future π
View CommentHave a lovely Christmas!
Louise Hayes started it all for me. I could not understand why some words resonated inside me and others didn’t when I was ill. I will order your book next time I am in Melbourne. I was too far gone years ago with depression to do anything myself. Over the last few years I have cured everything from chronic depression to constipation to shocking anxiety with the aid of 2 healers. It is wonderful. What one doesn’t get in a session, the other one gets. I am now off all meds, and lead a reasonable life. The hardest one to get rid of was the depression initially, and then by the grace of God, one of the healers sorted that out by a distant healing session. That was the beginning and gave me confidence I could get rid of the rest of my garbage. I am a 64 year old male, ex nurse, currently a teacher.
View CommentThats wonderful news Greg, i love hearing from people who have discovered their own ability to heal. Keep us posted on your journey!
View CommentHi Greg, I am so glad to hear you have had relief! I would be really interested to know what kind of healing helped you?
View CommentDone a hell of a lot of energy work myself, none of it ever seemed to stick. life can be very tough but I realise it all comes from my childhood, I am trying very hard to accept the mind/body connection and do the work, I canβt seem to stick at things, but I know deep down it can happen, which is why I keep going but there are many bumps in the road. In some ways my journey has made things worse and in some ways my journey has made things better, I guess that comes with opening your eyes to it all. I just need the penny to drop and find a way to not go back to my old ways of thinking, it all just seems to take over so easily, I have CPTSD which is a toughie!
